Impartiality means acting fairly and equitably in its dealings with people and in all business operations. It means decisions are made free from any engagements of influences which could affect the objectivity of decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Limitation of services<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CERCOMS shall not certify another certification body for its quality management system.<\/li>\n<li>CERCOMS shall not offer or provide management system consultancy.<\/li>\n<li>CERCOMS shall not offer or provide internal audits to its certified customers.<br \/>CERCOMS shall not certify the management system for a minimum of two years following the end of the consultancy provided by a body that has a relationship with CERCOMS. This is based on ownership, governance, management, personnel, shared resources, finances, training, etc.<\/li>\n<li>CERCOMS shall not outsource audits to a management system consultancy organization.
